Corporate portraits

Headshots that look like the person, not like a stock photo of a person. Booked one at a time, or forty in a day when the whole team needs to match.

Professional portrait against a plain backdrop

What you get

  • Fifteen minutes per person, which is enough — the first five are for settling down
  • One consistent lighting and backdrop setup, so a team page looks like a team
  • Coaching through posture, jaw and hands, because almost nobody knows what to do with them
  • Same-day proofing: everyone sees their frames before they go back to their desk
  • Files cropped for LinkedIn, the company site, and print, delivered within three business days
  • Makeup available on site, which visibly changes results under studio light

Two ways to do it

In the studio. Best for one to six people. Controlled light, a choice of white, mid-grey or charcoal backdrop, and time to actually try a couple of directions.

At your office. Best for a whole team. I bring the full setup and need a room roughly three metres deep with a power outlet. We run on a schedule you send in advance, and I keep to it.

Either way the lighting is identical between sessions, so someone who joins in March still matches the people photographed in October.

Practical answers

What should the team wear?
Solid mid-tones, sleeves, nothing with a visible logo or a tight pattern. I send a one-page note you can forward to everyone a week ahead.
How much space do you need on site?
A room about three metres deep and two and a half wide, with one standard outlet. A meeting room with the table pushed aside works fine.
Can new hires be added later?
Yes. Single top-up sessions run at $195 for existing clients, shot on the same setup so the set stays consistent.
Who owns the images?
You get an unlimited licence for business use, in perpetuity. I keep the copyright and only use frames in my own portfolio with written permission.
